Handmade Pasta Cooking Class

Step into the heart of Umbrian cuisine with our Pasta Cooking Class. Every Monday from 18:00 to 21:00, join us for a fun and interactive experience, where you’ll learn the secrets of homemade pasta using simple, high-quality ingredients.

Guided by our expert chef, you will prepare two traditional pasta dishes from scratch, kneading, rolling, and shaping the dough just like generations of Italian cooks before you.

After cooking, sit down to enjoy your freshly made pasta, paired with a small antipasto to start and a bottle of local wine for every two guests—the perfect way to savor your hard work.

Wine Tasting Experience

Join us for an immersive journey into the heart of Via della Stella’s winery.

Your experience begins with a nice walk through the vineyard, olive grove and the vegetable garden, accompanied by Chiara or a collegue. You will then be taken to the cellar where you will feel the place where the wines come to life. The modernity of the equipment combined with the charm of the old farmhouse make it a unique and authentic experience.

The tour culminates in a guided tasting of the winery’s signature wines paired with a selection of typical products of our land.

Wine Lunch

Combine the beauty of winemaking with a delicious 4-course meal at Via della Stella.

Begin with a guided tour of the Cantina, where you'll visit the vineyards, olive grove, and vegetable garden alongside Chiara or a colleague. Explore the estate’s wine cellar and discover the winemaking process that gives life to our celebrated wines.

After the tour, indulge in a 4-course lunch made from fresh, local ingredients, accompanied by a tasting of the winery’s signature wines.
